I puttered around for a couple of days doing nothing because I couldn’t decide on what to knit. Endless choices with an indecisive personality do not make for a productive knitter!

I really do love that shade of Cascade though. I’m sure you’ll get on track with that soon.

Ugh, I totally understand your frustration. The busier I get, the more frazzled my knitting can get, too. Perhaps you just need a simple, mindless project for a few days/weeks? I do love the yarn your using for your cobblestone, too.

I just wanted to tell you that I knit your wonderful Cabled Rangoli hat last week and my daughter snatched it up almost before it was off the needles. She’s already asked for another. I used Paton’s Classic in Paprika (it looks just like the one on Flickr), size 4 and 5 needles, size 8 for the nupps. I’ve added your blog to my bloglines. I don’t want to miss any more of your designs!

Oh dear, your post has me fretting on your behalf! Personally I like the idea of a gray vest and use the greenish color for a cardigan. But I guess no matter what you still need to decide whether the 6 or 7 needles are better. Good luck!

so many beginings, so many choices. I’m impressed that you cast on comparative pairs, I always frog and then have no comparison to use. All the colours are so jummy – you can’t possibly go wrong. I’m relieved that the sock yarns are back in the drawer – I was expecting to see both cast on as a further comparison. I’m a bit like this at years start, a little of not knowing what to do with myself.

Wow! This definitely appears to be one of those times when knitting indecision is a Symptom of Something Else. Feeling a little restless, perhaps?

All those projects look like fun, but I think having so many on the needles at once would make me panic a bit.

No! Not ADD. Too many decisions. Weren’t you reading endless admissions files? And using up all your decision-making neurons in the process, I’m sure. Nothing left to make an important decision with. (knitting being the important decision here)
