		<description>I know nought of historicity and Serious Stuff, but there is also a local legend that if you stand in front of Heliodorus&#039; pillar and can get your arms to stretch around the pillar behind you and clasp your hands, you will get whatever you wish for at the time - did you try and put that to empirical test?

Our Hindi teacher once recited this for my class and I still remember the effect...</description>
